Gratitude Practice
This isn’t a gratitude journal. You don’t need three more things to write down before bed. It’s ten quiet minutes with a few questions — not about what you’re grateful for, but about what’s actually still alive in a life that looks fine on paper.
No lists. No scoring yourself against anyone else’s. Just noticing.
- 01What did you notice today that you'd have walked straight past a year ago?
- 02Where in your week did you feel most like yourself — not happy, necessarily. Just yourself?
- 03What's something small you'd miss badly if it disappeared, that you've stopped mentioning out loud?
- 04Who said something recently that you're still turning over?
- 05What almost got past you this week, because it didn't ask for your attention?
- 06If today was quietly good, what actually made it that way?
That’s it. Nothing to fix, nothing to prove. Just what’s already here.
